SECTION 1: WARNING PROCEDURES I

You are required to follow all TSE regulations set into the group, orders set to you are also to be followed at all times unless it does not pertain to an actual military order. In the event you do not have knowledge of these regulations, you will be expected to learn them before the next training is to occur. This does not include Privates and above, as personnel holding these ranks are expected to have knowledge of the rulebook's contents.
SECTION 2: WARNING PROCEDURES II
In the event of a member not abiding to protocols, on-site enforcement personnel and officers will give said personnel a warning. If further warnings are given, he/she will be detained by authorized personnel and possibly removed from the base itself. This way, personnel not having any knowledge of TSE regulations will be allowed to read and acknowledge them firsthand instead of being removed immediately.
SECTION 3: PUNISHMENT PROCEDURES
If punishments are to be given out. This must have a basis and reason on why the soldier(s) is/are being punished. Punishments can range from grammar jumping jacks, running around a map, to being demoted or exiled. Those found to abuse lower ranks will be dealt with accordingly.
SECTION 4: MILITARY PUNISHMENT SYSTEM
In the event that a rule is in fact broken, the offender will have the following punishments laid out for him, these, however, must be handled with care as minor offences may be more lenient and don't exactly need to follow the entirety of the procedures.
First Offense: Warning, direct subjugation to the rulebook, ensuring the suspect understands what they did was wrong.
Second Offense: H3ll Jacks or some other form of punishment.
Third Offense: Demotion.
Further Offenses: Military Court Martial and referral to Imperial High Command+.

ARTICLE 2: VOCABULARY, RESPECT, MATURITY, AND MILITARY DISCIPLINE
SECTION 1: VOCABULARY
All personnel are expected to have grammar at all times within TSE-held activities and or events. Those found to have bad grammar on purpose will be given disciplinary training by the current Officer-in-charge.
SECTION 2: RESPECT
At NO given time shall a member of the Empire look down upon another member. Respect must be given to LR's and HR's alike, but in no case should an LR disrespect an HR and use this article and section for a way to bypass military protocol. Those found to disobey this rule will be dealt with properly by the authorities.
SECTION 3: MATURITY
All personnel are expected to be mature at all times, this does not exempt anyone in TSE. And in addition to maturity, faces will NOT be allowed at ANY given time.
SECTION 4: MILITARY DISCIPLINE
All Lower Ranked personnel are required to have knowledge of "PTS" or "Permission to Speak", no individual will talk in a formation, towards an HR, and or in military training without PTS. You may only talk if you have been granted permission if you asked or was simply given PTS throughout the entire activity. This does not necessarily mean that PTS is always ACTIVE, it may vary from division and/or activity.

ARTICLE 3: MILITARY GUIDELINES
SECTION 1: MORPHS, WEAPONRY, AND SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT
All Personnel of the TSE are given standard issued [WEAPON(S)]. Any specialized equipment or weaponry must first be authorized by the server in-command before acquiring them. While personnel are required to be in their designated division uniform, off duty personnel are not required to wear combat armor; however, they must still present themselves militarily.
SECTION 2: LOWER RANK BEHAVIOR
Lower ranking personnel are to remain mature and respectful at all times, and in NO case should anyone use vulgar or curse words to address, emphasize, and or talk to another individual. Any conversational topics are also to be limited INSIDE Roblox whenever on-duty.
SECTION 3: PERMISSION AND AUTHORIZATION
Lower ranking personnel must always ask for permission first whenever attempting to enter an activity, event, or acquire certain equipment to avoid misunderstandings and the possible outcomes.
SECTION 4: MILITARY ORDERS
All orders from a high ranking officer will be followed, unless that order pertains to a ridiculous order that does not pertain to the betterment of anything between the LR, the order, and the outcome. These ridiculous orders and those not following actual ones must be reported to the Officer-in-charge or to the nearest law enforcement member.
SECTION 5: DIVISIONS AND RANK REQUIREMENTS
All divisions specialize in something, ones better than the others. Some may have rank requirements, others may not. Most will have tryouts and/or handpicked selection. As of now the divisions include: The Sith Order; The Imperial Navy; The Imperial Commando Unit; The Dread Masters; The Spheres of Influence; The Dark Honour Guard.
SECTION 6: DIVISION HOPPING
Division hopping is allowed in TSE, though there is a strict procedure for it. If a trooper wishes to transfer from his/her current division to another, he/she must not have spent 5 days in the current battalion in order to transfer AND keep their rank. If he/she has spent 5 days in current battalion, and still wants to transfer. He/she must leave the current battalion and be demoted to Private, and re-earn said ranks; this is to avoid from TOO frequent hopping and make a division choice much more meaningful. The two Commanders, current and future must both approve the transfer, if one Commander disapproves then the transfer is halted and the trooper remains in the current battalion with the same rank and privileges. Desertion will be met with severe punishment.
SECTION 9: VISITORS/CIVILIANS/SURRENDERED PERSONNEL
Visitors, civilians, and or surrendered enemy personnel are considered non-hostile. Do not shoot them or flame them in any way, if they flame and or kill you while being in a non-hostile team. You must give them two warnings, the third one is a ban from the server.

ARTICLE 4: OFFICER/COMMANDER GUIDELINES
High Ranks found to not follow these guidelines will be stripped of their rank, you were not entrusted with a rank so you could abuse it.
SECTION 1: COMMAND OVER LOWER RANKS
High Ranks must have the proper mindset in terms of commanding lower ranking personnel. In no case should an HR abuse their power over the members they command. They must follow the military guidelines set upon the group, they are not above the law.
SECTION 2: HIGH RANK PRIVILEGES
High Ranks CANNOT use their rank to gain respect or certain privileges from lower ranking personnel. You are to act as a role model for these soldiers.
SECTION 3: MATURITY AND RESPECT
High Ranks are ALWAYS to be mature and respectful towards all members of TVEE, having a high rank does not mean you can step on the lower ranking structure, it does not also mean you can be immature and get away with it.
SECTION 4: MORPHS
High Ranks must be in their appropriate division morph, those found to imitate other-division personnel will be arrested, you cannot be in another division's morph and attempt to command that said division.
SECTION 5: ADMIN POWERS
Admin Abuse will not be tolerated whatsoever. High Ranks found to abuse admin will be stripped of their rank, and their admin. Of course, evidence and witnesses will be provided first. Though you can already say farewell to your HR privileges once you start to admin abuse.
SECTION 6: TRAINING REGULATIONS
Just because a lower High Rank is hosting a training and you join does not automatically mean he is no longer the host, nor that you are not to train. If you come to training you will train with all the other members or help host. Note: The trainer must ask you to help host, You do not automatically get to say your helping.
SECTION 7: TSE COMMUNICATIONS
If TSE is to use any communications, say skype and any other third party communications. The rules set upon those communications will be the same as the ones in this rulebook. All personnel present in that comm channel must be mature, respectful, and maintain a professional nature whenever in an on-duty communications channel. In the event that an "off-duty" channel is made, rules will not be present. But respect towards one another must still be shown, you are not to step on another person's rights whatsoever.
SECTION 8: IMPERIAL INTELLIGENCE/DARK HONOUR GUARD/ DREAD MASTERS INTERVENTION
In the event a massive argument, teamkilling, and or hate-spree between High Ranks, in both communications and in-game TSE bases. The aforementioned parties will be able to intervene between these matters. Darth Jadus, Commander Tainor and the Dread Masters have full authorization to bring down the hammer on any and all trouble makers of TSE, this includes High Ranks that do not abide to TSE law and are causing trouble.
SECTION 9: CERTAIN ADMIN RULES
Griefing and or fun commands are not allowed, this includes inserting, clothes, drug, vomit, confuse, explode, etc... Do not TP anywhere to trap them or to an edge of a map.
Abuse of admin will result in: First: Warning.
Second: Temporary removal of admin.
Third: Warning of demotion.
Fourth: Permanent removal of admin + demotion.
Specifications of admin commands: 1. No godding yourself in a raid.
2. No speeding in a raid.
3. No smiting, exploding, or damagine anyone for no reason with admin.
4. NO GEARING except gear for cleaning up debris. No gearing is allowed in a raid.
5. Excessive usage of admin will not be tolerated, do not use the :M and :SM commands as those will cause minor to massive lag spikes. The use of the :H command is allowed to announce certain in-game events and military orders.
6. :Giving visitors weaponry IS NOT allowed.
SECTION 10: ADDITIONAL TRAINING REGULATIONS
Trainers set the rules of a training. Failure to follow the rules of the trainer may result in punishment. Lieutenants and Colonels may hold a training if they are overseen by a higher rank (i.e General or Moff). If any Dark Honour Guard/ Dread Guard is to enter a training, they are allowed to stay and observe. They CANNOT meddle with the training, if they do so. Present proof to the Immortal Emperor.
SECTION 12: THE IMPERIAL INTELLIGENCE
The Imperial Intelligence has equal authority to the Dark Honour Guard in terms of enforcing the law, order, and security of TSE. But they have more authorization when conducting investigations and operations regarding the safety and security of TSE. They cannot meddle with trainings but instead observe them, if they are in the training as a trainee, they will still observe other trainees and trainers alike but are still prone to being ordered by the trainers and squad leaders in courses. They are still also members of the Empire, meaning they still hold ranks, they can be ordered with regular military regulations, but meddling with Intelligence operations is prohibited and will not be followed by Intelligence personnel.

ARTICLE 5: LAW ENFORCEMENT
This section explains how the new Law Enforcement system works in TSE.
The Imperial Intelligence are the primary Military Police detachments in any and every TSE facility, these units are considered the Law, mostly in our Capital-World of Dromund Kaas. They serve as enforcement units to both the rulebook, and proper behavior. Any report of teamkilling, and rule breaking must be directed to the nearest Intelligence Officer and/or Officer, in the event that no Intelligence personnel are on-site. You can and will report to the nearest Commissioned or Higher Ranking officer and proceed to follow proper reporting procedure.
The Imperial Intelligence are Enforcement Personnel under the authority of the Sith Emperor and Darth Jadus, they exercise Intelligence warfare in the TSE against rule breakers, and those who dare disrupt the order and stability of it. They are allowed to stay in trainings in order to observe, they cannot meddle with the training until it is over. They answer to their chain of command in terms of operations. They are still regular members but Officers outside of the influence of Imperial Intelligence cannot ask or meddle with missions and operations regarding the division itself and TSE security.
