PFC+ should never cry/rage/shout if they are report to an HR if they don’t.

4.Maturity and teamwork-
PFC+ must act like SOLDIERS not babies.
Always try to make a squad bigger and use moves with your squad like LOF(Line of fire),COD(Circle Of Defense),B2B(Back 2 Back).
If you got the right kills for your promo at the ERS:- Training Facility, you have to guard the HQ for at least 1 hour.
If you don’t your promo will be cancelled.
