Hello citizens of America, I am BaileAthaCliath. There is a myriad of reasons I should be dominated as a Federal Court Judge, here are some.
1. I have never been HST/NST, AoS, sued, or even blacklisted.
2. I have tons of law-related experience which I will list later
3. I watch Judicial TV shows, and I research the judicial system.
4. I have never made a false arrest.
5. I stand for the constitution, as in real life my political party is officially the Constitution Party.
I have lots of experience, this is why it helps;
United States Marshal Service - Board of Directors (JSU Commander) - Being the JSU commander and protecting judges let me observe the court system in NUSA and know how it works. Even before I received that position, I was a great marshal who always did his job right.
Federal Bureau of Intelligence - Special Agent-in-Charge - I have had the honor of becoming the SAiC of the Criminal Investigative Division. Our job is to gather evidence of a gang or individual person, gather their crimes all together, then either prosecute them or get the person AoS. To do this, I have a great knowledge of the AoS system and catching gangs.
United States Military Police - Military Police Officer - This is very important because I understand military cases and how they work and how it can be different from regular cases. This was also my first law enforcement job in USA, so I remember a lot from it.
Since I have experience from all over the map, I truly know what "justice for all" means, and I am here to make sure that the justice system stays that way, and that everybody gets a equal say. Synapsic himself has said that I'd be a good FCJ, so why would you disagree?
You can trust that I will not be a corrupt judge, I have actually had many people offer me a high bribe, and I turned down them without second thought. One of my goals is to actually abolish corruptness within the federal court, as my FBI skills recognize those kinds of threats. Thank you for reading this.

If Attorney General Synapsic supports, then I do as well. You seem like you have the real enthusiasm needed to become a judge, and to do well as one. Hope you get the nomination!

Rick, no the Federal Court is not full. Many of the people at the Federal Judge rank are Retired Supreme Court Justices, riding the federal circuit; they are not counted in the total.

Uhm...you don't have any experience in the Justice system whatsoever.
If you get FJ, this says a lot about the judicial branch and the way judges are picked/nominated.

Qolio that is true, I do not have any experience in the judicial branch.
I have been in the courtroom several times during my time as the Judicial Security Unit Commander, and I believe I have learned a lot from that.
Also, once from being turned down from a Judicial Assistant job for not having enough judicial knowledge about 4 months ago, I really started doing my research, and I was determined to become a FCJ. I think now is a good time to finally put that to my goal.

You do not qualify in anyway to be a Federal Judge.
You have no experience at all and lack knowledge about the Justice System.
Oh and by the way, buddy
FBI is the Federal Bureau of Investigation, not the Federal Bureau of Intelligence.

I don't think that you viewing other judges working is actually good enough to become a judge. And anyone can say that they've, "researched" the work of judges etc.
But that's just my personal opinion. |
