Cobalt Nation and Prime Legion | Declaration of War

As of the 1st of January, 2016, Cobalt Nation and Prime Legion declare war on Cobalt Nation (I refer to them as Recessive Cobalt Nation) and Crimson Nation. Cobalt Nation just completed our most recent war 10-0 against The Forsaken Nation, and have been thirsty for another war ever since. I was planning to war a different clan until myself and a few of my fellow clan leaders stumbled across another group that was recently made called "Cobalt Nation." This is where things get a bit tricky, so try to follow along closely and read carefully. Now, I'm 99.9% sure no one would randomly generate that kind of name in their mind unless they had already heard of us before. As a result of this new or "recessive" Cobalt Nation sprouting, the true Cobalt Nation shall be flexing our muscles once more to assert our dominance as the one, true Cobalt Nation. After mentioning that I may declare war on Recessive Cobalt Nation, Crimson Nation quickly jumped in to defend their fellow allie. They threatened us that if we declared war on Recessive Cobalt Nation, Crimson Nation would declare war on Cobalt Nation. Subsequently, Prime Legion threatened to declare war on Crimson Nation if they declared war on Cobalt Nation. Now we are here. War will begin on the 2nd of January, 2016. War terms are negotiable. Good luck to Recessive Cobalt Nation and Crimson Nation. You'll need it... ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •First clan to 12 raid wins is the victor (Defensive victories do not count as "raid victories." We've all been through enough wars, you know the drill.) ► Raid wins can be given if any of the following takes place: •Refusal to defend if official raid requirements are met (with evidence) •Base capture (with evidence) •Admin Abuse (with evidence) •Retreating from the server (with evidence) retreating = falling below minimum number of defenders **Victories must be screenshotted. •Since Crimson Nation will be using (Recessive) Cobalt Nation’s fort, Cobalt Nation shall use Prime Legion’s fort. (Recessive) Cobalt Nation’s fort: http://www.roblox.com/games/336936614/CN-Cobalt-Nation-Fort-Crimson Prime Legion’s fort: •1 hour raid time limit at both forts. If raid exceeds 1 hour it will enter overtime. overtime if raiders hold terminal after max time limit. Raid continues until raiders win or the defending team recaptures the terminal •Both groups shall have a 20 minute terminal •Group only scripts will be included into both forts (LordLancer can supply (R)CN with a script. •There will be a 30 minute cooldown between each engagement. meaning after 30 minutes then you can give the 15 minute warning you’ll raid •Any groups other than Cobalt Nation, Prime Legion, Cobalt Nation (recessive), and Crimson Nation are not allowed to participate in this war. •Base rules are to be respected at all times BUT, war terms take more importance than base rules. •All changes to the base(s) must be approved by the opposing side’s leaders. •If the base has a complex issue, the leaders of both respective clans will meet and discuss the outcome. There will be no raid win. •Must warn an HR 15 minutes before raiding with response. The honor code is in place if you get a message regarding a raid. Please don't take extra time to rally. Ty. •If a player is exploiting during the raid, the raid will be voided. If you are caught exploiting on purpose (with viable proof), it may result in a raid win for the opposing team. Evidence will be given to the Arbitrator to decide. •No glitching allowed •Look.. just don't AA. •Silent admin is not allowed, only one admin script. •Temporary admin will be given to each raid host to check logs. *WE MUST HAVE HIGH ENOUGH ADMIN TO VIEW THE LOGS* •Kick and banning is acceptable, only when a reason is given with the kick/ban inside the command. “:ban [player], [reason]” •You must respawn >everyone< in the server to begin the raid. •If any controversial issues occur, the leaders of both respective clans will meet and discuss the outcome. Major infractions include DDoS’ing, exploitation, breaking war terms frequently, real life threats, all of which are considered war crimes. Base edits: Prime Legion’s fort is fair for both the raiders and the defenders, so we expect (Recessive) Cobalt Nation to make their fort a bit more fair as well. All we request is that the entrance to the cliff from behind the (R) CN spawn is removed. •TrappinIZSavage will be the arbitrator for this war. If any war term is broken from either side, TrappinIZSavage will discuss a resolve between the two clans in the hopes of keeping the war fair and avoiding autowins. May the best Cobalt Nation win.
