I served in the FBI for a very long time, I served as deputy director under whickedwhale, Special Agent under advanceninja, Special Agent in Charge under directorship, and deputy director under jackcari. I've accomplished so many things during my time in the FBI and now I've so many plans that will take FBI to the next level.

Division establishments-
【Criminal Investigation Division】- The Criminal Investigative Division is a division within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The CID is the primary component within the FBI responsible for overseeing FBI investigations of traditional crimes.
【Cyber-Crime Divison】- FBI Cyber-Crime Divison's Goal is to eliminate all threats to USA's people involving using ways to exploite USA Cities and grounds.
【Atramentous Operations Division】- Atramentous Operations Division is a division of the the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Division protects the United States against foreign intelligence operations and espionage. It accomplishes its mission by interacting with the local law enforcement and other members of the United States Intelligence Community.
【Atramentous Operations Division】- A coalition of all FBI Partnership Agencies, due to the FBI Partnership Program. This is an Agency restricted to APPROVED Representatives that will share and grow operations off of Investigations made in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. (Credit goes to advanceninja)

Acceptance System- I'm giving the citizens a chance to get into FBI by making 4 different acceptance systems. Read below.
Application; The application will be opened once a month and only 1-4 will make it in. Your application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and you will be voted on. Once you will you will be accepted as Agent in Training. This application will be open once a month.
Invitation; The people that we think that will benefit FBI will be invited by the Director or the Deputy Director. Once you will you will be accepted as Agent in Training.
Tryout; Tryout will be hosted atleast once a week by the Director or the Deputy Director and 1-5 people will have a chance of passing. Once you will you will be accepted as Agent in Training.
Academy; If you decide to join the FBI through the Academy then you will be accepted as Field Agent. Because in the Academy you are learning things what Agent in Training will learn which is Firearms Training, Physical Training, and knowledge phase.

FBI INTELCORE- The INTELCORE for the FBI is a classified Trello board of which assorts information on FBIAgents, documents of importance to the FBI & national security, and information on the general American population. (Credit goes to pentagonial for this idea)

Promotion System-
Agent in Training; The first rank you receive after you pass a tryout, pass the application or you get invited into the FBI.
Field Agent; In order to become a Field Agent you need to go through Firearms training, Physical Training, and Knowledge Phase as Agent in Training. Once you have completed those 3 training you will promoted to Field Agent. Another way to achieve this rank is if you graduate from the Academy.
Senior Field Agent; You must be in the FBI for atleast 1 week and you must have 10 credits to achieve this rank.
Special Agent; In order to become a Special Agent you need to apply or tryout for a division hosted by a Special Agent in Charge or by Assistant Special Agent in Charge. In order to tryout you must be a Field Agent or a Senior Field Agent.
Assistant Special Agent in Charge; Special Agent in Charge will pick his assistant. You must be Field Agent or Senior Field Agent.
***Everything above ASAIC+ are chosen by the Director or the Deputy Director.***

Code of Conduct- The Code of Conduct is a code/rule that every FBI agent, including High Ranks that has to follow. Breaking any of those codes/rules will result them in getting exiled or suspended depending on how bad the situation is. I believe the code of conduct will pure pressure the agents. And if the agents are pure pressured there is a really high change that there will be less immaturity and abuse and more activity within the FBI.
