I believe with the help of Convolution, a person with lots of experience with FBI, FPS, and NUSA, I believe we can accomplish our goal as being successful FBI director and co-director. |

It doesnt matter, if Convolution was given a pass to become a director for FPS, or any other agency. If he was given that pass, that means he was worthy of being the director. |

Also, this doesn't look bad at all. Looking through the replies, everyone is saying this is going to become an rcl division like sf, but i clearly doubt Amicule would do that, coming from his best friend, he wouldnt go rampage... Unless you tease him with a pug lol. It basically says tryouts will have scenarios, check! Fighting, Check! Questioning, check! he's right about the rcl program too. All clans use it, and it would show superiority over divisions such as sf with the right training |

You're obviously doing this for power. If you really cared about FBI you would support someone with an experience.
You were never in the FBI or any other IC agencies. Your only experience is only RCL.

If you weren't so focused on the mistakes I made, (Yes im human) then you obviously are too harsh. let me put this again, as this was a post I made in the beginning of this tread, after I forgot to put this in.

i had thought pass experience was achievements.

Uhh Yes he have, and this is coming from his adviser.
He done a lot Patrolling and also hosted a bunch of Mass patrols with the FBI agents.
He NEVER invite his friends. He even decline his friends REQUEST to join the FBI.
Plus Conv, FBI is a Division of the DOJ. He CAN'T Conduct a operations/investigations without the DOJ Consents and Command (plus there's no-one to investigate).
You just don't get it cause your an FPS Director who guards precious little buildings.

Activity will truly be brought up. Once I become director, I will host an activity check (Lasting up to 2-3 days), those who do not attend, will be removed. I will certainly hire those who wish to help train the FBI unit. Those who are active that is.

3) My Experience Now
I tried out for an an elite spot in The Robloxian Empire, and was denied due to my rank, I don't see why not hire me for my weapon skills.
still shows nothing.
4) ://_The Rcl Program
Now, some of you may or may not have heard of this, but the Rcl program, is the most used way of fighting, if not, one of the most. The way I will enforce this training, is by having a training area specifically for this program. Will be hosted when a high rank desires to have one.

and i got one problem with the tryouts.
it sounds like you getting these from VAK methods. even more great.
in my personal opinion about you.
your unable to run this agency, if so, you gonna fail it miserable.
and doesn't know what the FBI is mainly use for in NUSA (not real life)

Basically, first part of my plan is to have a reform/activity check. After filtering out all the in actives, i will then host tryouts, to those at my standard i will select and have in the fbi. After doing so, I will then host trainings daily, to insure prosper and care to my units, making sure that they will always be trained and well organized, so i may be respected by other divisions, hoping for a joint training. But, before hosting joint trainings, I will implement the RCL program, not to transform the whole fbi into rcl like sf, just have it there if you want to get better at SPECIFICALLY gun fighting and surprise sf. The rcl program is not daily, it is not required to go to. only a high rank, that i believe is capable of training them, will have my authority. (Upon becoming a highrank, i will tell you your duties.) From there on in my trainings, will have scenarios, teaching the fbi units. I will continue this plan until the end of my term.
