Introduction This manual is the Official Strikers manual. The Strikers are the elite light infantry of RMC, who specialize in the boarding and capturing of ships. Our role in battle is capture the enemy ships, and as skirmishers, when on land. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rules All members of the Strikers battalion are expected to act mature and have good grammar while patrolling at TGEOB locations and on raids, the use of faces and abbreviations should be kept to a minimal. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Combat Rules While Patrolling, Training, or Raiding at TGEOB or other location, The Striker should be dressed in the proper uniform of his rank, T-shirts belonging to the era maybe worn, however only TEGOB medals are to be worn if they were awarded to him/her. Officers are position themselves on or near the Quarterdeck. 1 Striker: He is to position himself at either the bow or stern of the ship. 2+ Strikers: The Strikers are to be evenly distributed between the bow and stern with the extras being located close to the Quarterdeck. The Bow and Stern are the boarding parties, while the Quarterdeck are the anti-boarders. The boarding parties are to be lead by a JO or Sgt, who will take command of the captured vessel. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shipboard Duties Prepare Boarding Party Bow and/or Stern!: Present sabres and wait for the command to board. Repel Boarders!: Meaning that the enemy as boarded the ship and the Quarterdeck/TGNB Officers are to be defended at all costs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Try-outs Try-out for hopeful Strikers is to consists of 2 parts: one part basic RMC Info and one part Striker tactics. Any Lt= may host a training, with the approved candidates name and rank PMed to the Commanding Officer. Part 1: Basic RMC Knowledge: Faces Musketry Musketry with clones Ship Parts Part 2: Striker tactics SFT Obby Boarding During the Try-out, The hopefuls will be given 3 strikes. A strike is a repeated mistake ex. repeated firing out of line. If 3 strikes are given to a tested then he has failed the tryout. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Training Training will be hosted from time to time to sharpen and hone in the skills required of the Strikers. Any LT+ may host a training.
