[Introduction] The Xerxes Infantry high command, has unanimously come to the decision of the decimation of The Empire of Endoria. We have come to this decision, as two of the current high ranks of Xerxes being R3peller and Vieruz formally lead the legitimate Endorian Empire which was prosperous before it disbanded with them deciding to shut down the Empire as to leave the name untarnished. However, in recent events an outsider to the former clan of Endoria recently took it upon himself to steal all former Endorian technology as well as the name and flag of the former Endorian people. Xerxes Infantry will not tolerate this impertinent behavior by UnknownBandito; and all that march under his plagiarized banner. Due to this Xerxes Infantry will be initiating a state of war upon this false EE with not only the intention of disgracing this false abomination but also taking part in an eventful war which will be fun for both sides. (When we’re not ruining EE which will be all the time.) We have already won a raid on the Endorian Empire with us being outnumbered but very quickly making the unloyal heretics leaving the game due to their utter destruction throughout the raid. We hope for a more challenging resistance upon your release date. This war will begin on EE’s release date being 01/17/2016 exactly 17 days from this war declaration. You have precisely 24 hours to respond to this declaration or we will count it as an unconditional surrender. [Proposed terms and conditions] First to 20 raid wins with defenses not counting. No allies are allowed to participate in this war. No alterations to the bases without agreement by both parties, after both bases have been agreed on. No auto wins with the exception of Admin abuse or an exploiter shutting down a server whilst the other side is winning. (ie. If you’re 50% away from winning and ahead of us and an exploiter proven to be from our side shuts down the server or affects the raid in any way then you will gain a raid win and vice versa.) No server shut downs unless it has been exploited. Follow each individual bases rules. No raiding on Mondays. No base can fall unofficial once offical conditions are met, with exception of exploiting, if a base is exploited term four will be in effect. Logs must be presented at the end of every raid to the raiding forces leader. Three minutes notice before flooding to the highest online high rank, no reply needed back. Any alterations or new terms such as allowed raid times will be discussed and settled via the Roblox messaging system or an agreed 3rd party communications platform such as Skype. As previously stated you have 24 hours to publicly acceptance or denial to this declaration of war upon EE preferably through an open forum being published and sent to myself.
