[INTRODUCTION]
The Federal Bureau of Investigation [FBI] was created in 1908, designated to protect the citizens and businesses of the United States from dangerous threats that face our homefront. We protect the citizens from both domestic and foreign terrorist threats, and terrorist or enemy spies within our ranks. We help protect the citizens corrupt government officials, including agents. We will protect you from the violent street gangs, or anything that will create harm for the citizens of the United States. Our code of honor is to see a day when the US streets are safe, no crime will pass our eyes. We are the FBI, and we stand united with the citizens of the United States of America.

[PATROL - ON DUTY RULES]
-Probationary Agents are NOT to patrol on-mobile, they are to patrol the gun dealers at all times. <---REFERENCE PROMOTION SECTION.
-No immature behavior.
-Uniform or badge is required.
-Must report to ALL 911 calls, prank calls will result in an arrest.
-Do not act above the law.
-If bank is being robbed, drop all activities and report to bank perimeter ASAP.
-When Advanceninja is in the server, you are to refer to him as "Director Yushiami."
-The FBI will NOT take any foreign-roblox place into investigation WITHOUT a Federal Warrant, or approval of the President.
-We are responsible for any False Arrest we make, always enter a report before arresting.
-FBI Prison Clearance is allowed, 24/7.
-No profanity.
-Terrorist Action is also a top priority, drop all action and report to a shooting site immediately.
-In times of server exploitation, the FBI are responsible for instructing the civilian population to evacuate the server ASAP.
-You are to use grammar at ALL times, immaturity is again, not allowed.
-Asking for a promotion will result in a DEMOTION.

[CLEARANCE LEVEL]
The FBI has level 3 clearance to the White House UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. You may patrol around the White House, but I do not want to hear about ONE Agent entering the WH grounds without some sort of staff clearance.

[PROMOTIONS]
Future promotions to future agents of the Bureau will be given for the following courses of action;
> Do well at a training - event.
> Patrol well. (By well, we mean put a half an hour or an hour into it.)
> Report a rouge agent + report any bias or suspicious events among the agency.
> Extreme overall good work, high rank recommendations.
-PROMOTION CLARIFICATION-
PROBATIONARY AGENT: Go under a week of FBI internship, then be graded by a High Rank on your 7th day of patrol. Once then, the Director, Deputy Director, or Board of Intelligence will promote you to a "Field Agent."
SUSPENDED: Doing an act that goes against the on-duty guideline {MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH PROOF,} will be treated as an offense to the FBI. There are no warnings, you will be suspended for 1 week for first offense. Second offense will result in an exile from the FBI.
FIELD AGENT: EARN 2 CREDITS FROM FBI HIGH RANKS WITHOUT BIAS, AND ATTEND 5 CONSECUTIVE TRAININGS.
SENIOR FIELD AGENT: EARN 5 CREDITS FROM FBI HIGH RANKS WITHOUT BIAS, AND ATTEND 7 CONSECUTIVE TRAININGS.
SPECIAL AGENT: BE PICKED FOR AN OPERATIONS TEAM BY THE DIRECTOR, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, OR BOARD OF INTELLIGENCE.
SUPERVISORY SPECIAL AGENT: BE PICKED FOR AN OPERATIONS TEAM BY THE DIRECTOR, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, OR BOARD OF INTELLIGENCE.
ASSISTANT SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE: BE PICKED BY A SPECIFIC SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE, AND BE APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR, DEPUTY DIRECTOR, OR 2/3rds OF THE BOARD OF INTELLIGENCE.
SPECIAL AGENT IN CHARGE: HAND PICKED BY THE DIRECTOR.
SECTION CHIEF: BECOME HANDPICKED BY THE DIRECTOR TO ASSIST IN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OF THE FBI
CHIEF ADVISORS/ADVISORS: BE HANDPICKED BY THE DIRECTOR, OR THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS: HIGH HONOR IN THE FBI, BE PICKED SPECIFICALLY BY THE DIRECTOR TO EARN THIS POSITION.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR: HANDPICKED BY DIRECTOR.
DIRECTOR: PICKED BY PRESIDENT, APPROVED BY THE SENATE.

[ACADEMY & ACCEPTANCE INTO THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION]
There will be an academy for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, all misc. acceptances will go through a procedure of multiple interviews, classes, and rare tryouts.
●You must host at least two valid trainings over a 7-day time period. If not, you will be immediately fired and must re-take the trainer-test
●You may only promote the same trainee twice in the Academy. Head trainers apply to this rule. The HoA does not.
●Favoritism is not accepted. Only 0-5 trainees are to be promoted in each training. If more are promoted, all trainees will be taken from their promotions and the trainer will be removed
●You must follow all rules in the FBI guide
●You may only host trainings on approved training grounds. Training grounds include ACADEMY based grounds that are meant to serve as an academy training faculty. You may not train at a tryout area. The Academy grounds can also be tryout grounds if approved by the Director
●After each person has passed the academy, they must say the oath completely, hosted by the Head of the Academy, or the Director, or the Deputy
●The Director of FBI has full authority over the HoA and Academy
● There will be no inserting of any objects into the FBI Academy grounds such as gear, models etc. Abusive commands are not accepted
●There can only be 2 assistors of a FBI Academy Training
●Only approved Field Agents can become a trainer when tested or passing application
How to Train-
In order to become a proper trainer, you are to follow these rules, you cannot diverge from these rules or you will be removed.
Introduction-
Trainers should only be shouting their trainings on the Academy shout, with a link, and about how long the training will last. The trainer is to wait at the training area until 6 trainees have came ready to train. The trainer is able to wait for trainees if he/she prefers but the required amount is 6.
Trainees that are under the rank Tier 1 are not required to wear uniforms, even if they are BC. All ranks above Qualified can be required to wear uniform if the trainer wants them to, they can be characterized if the trainer prefers.
Training your Trainees-
After you have made sure there are no ALTS/Exploiters in the group you may begin your training. The trainer is required to start off each training with explaining and practicing some faces. You are required to show each face and explain. This step only requires a few minutes, and can be extended if the trainer believes it is important.
After you are done with faces, the trainer will quiz his/her trainee's with information on FBI's history, or on what we do. Trainers are required to explain each question the best they can to have the trainee's understand. During these questions, the trainer will make sure each trainee is using their grammar to the best of their ability, correcting mistakes in spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
As you continue your training, you can pick a wide variety of obbies, arenas, towers to train on. Each trainer is teaching the trainees on each activity, giving them tips, making sure they are doing the courses correctly. Trainers are not to not pay attention and say "just do these poles, first one gets promotion." The only time a trainer may not pay attention and help is if another trainer takes over and takes his/her place.
A trainer is required to teach about the FBI tools used at DC/NY while on-duty by referring to the guide below.
Becoming a trainer-
To become a trainer, you first must be in the agency of FBI (seen above) and be at least the rank of Field Agent or Higher. Only the Head of Academy or Director has permission to assign a trainer that is a Probationary Agent. Once you have sent an application to the Head of Academy including why you deserve to become a trainer. A trainers test includes the HoA or an approved Head Trainer to test an applicant for training rights. In this test, you will perform one official training for academy trainees. If the HoA, or approved Head Trainer believes the training went well and would think you would be a good trainer, your name will be sent to the HoA. If the HoA approves you as a trainer, then you will finally be promoted and be able to host trainings under the rules of a trainer. In the act that the HoA or Head Trainer must go during the training, a current trainer can take over the observant if the Head trainer or HoA has watched the training for at least 30 minutes.

[OPERATIONS AND SPECIAL TASK FORCE SERVICES.]
There will be 3 separate task forces to the FBI; Delta, Zeta, and Echo. Each made up of 30 Special Agents (10 for each division, -2 on each for 2 administrative commanders.) The duty of these 3 special teams will be to conduct SPECIAL Operations for domestic intelligence. All Intelligence will be stored in the IC Database, and kept in the FBI Storage Files. To become a part of an operation, reference the ranks "SPECIAL AGENT" and "SUPERVISORY SPECIAL AGENT" in the promotion database.

-For an Agency to earn a representative in the FBI, you MUST consult with the CURRENT HEAD OF AFFAIRS OR THE DIRECTOR.
-Any Agency NOT configured with the FBI Affairs Office, will NOT gain acceptance into the FBI.
-Spectators + Observers for a Federal Agency MUST get permission from the Attorney General AND THE HEAD OF AFFAIRS TO SPECTATE THE FBI.

[SUMMER AND SCHOOL TESTING POLICIES]
During free time, or even busy time. You will be excused from FBI ACTIVITY FOR 1 WEEK EXACTLY. When your state testing or school testing is finished, you are expected to get on WHEN YOU CAN. FBI Summer Activities WILL BE HOSTED, as well as patrols, many trainings, and fun game nights. When August comes and I retire the seat, a new Director (if so,) will change these policies. Over the Summer, Sunday will become a PATROL LOG DAY, And Friday will become a free day.
