*FOUNDER OVERRIDE AND VETO SUPREMES ALL LAW SET FORTH BY STATE GOVERNMENT*

THIS CONSTITUTION INCLUDES ALL POWERS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE STATE GOVERNMENT
SECTION 1 ARTICLE 1:
For shall the Governor and Lt.Governor be elected after 4 weeks. For shall the Governor and Lt.Governor only run for 2 Terms each having 4 weeks in each term. For the Governor can Veto any bill passed onto him by the Senate. For he is allowed to put laws into work and approved by both House & Senate.
SECTION 2 ARTICLE 1:
FOR THE CONGRESS SHALL BE SPLIT INTO TWO HOUSES SENATE & HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
For there shall be elections held every 3 weeks (the week before governor elections)
For there shall be 3 members of the House and Senate.
SECTION 2 ARTCILE 2:
FOR THERE SHALL BE ONLY 3 WEEK TERMS. Congressional members are allowed to run 3 times for Congressional office in the state congress.
SECTION 2 ARTICLE 3 :
THE POWERS OF THE HOUSE AND SENATE :
For the Senate and House of Representatives may declare a state of emergency only when needed in which doing so activates all resources of STOP, Transit Police, State Police, and Grams Minions. For the House and the Senate may override and Governor Veto with 2/3 Majority vote in the Senate and 2/3 Majority Vote in the House
*BOTH HOUSES MUST GET 2/3 MAJORITY VOTE TO OVERRIDE GOV VETO*
THE HOUSE AND SENATE IMPEACHMENT:
The House and Senate are granted the power to impeach any State Government Office if found convicted of the crime.
Impeachment process:
The House must present a impeachment bill and the house must get a majority vote, there forth pass it onto the state senate for final review.
The Senate MUST get a majority vote to pass impeachment, once getting majority vote, the bill shall be presented to the Founder and there forth that person will be demoted within 12 Hours
SECTION 3 ARTICLE 1 :
THE JUDICIAL BRANCH
The State of Massachusetts has the State Supreme Court and Federal Judges

Judges are allowed to: AOS a person/ Active Police Warrants
