We kind of dictate as we've posted all of the threads and organized this entire thing alongside some other allies. Also, the original forums (including the FINAL teams thread) state that those are the final teams until the war ends. They can decide to drop out if they want but you can't kick out any clans, they will stay in the war until they personally choose so. |
