Effective today (January 1,2016 at exactly 11:45 PM), GAR will now be following this shout policy lay out in order to address the issue of unorganized shouts. (Which as complained by some, is still present in GAR).
Please take note that this will also increase the time needed in order to gain a promotion. So please do not complain if ever it takes a long time for you to get promoted.
