A system where you can bail people out (i.e. your friends, in case they don't have the money.) This is better than giving them money to do it themselves, and adds a more realistic touch to the game. The inmate who got out of the holding cells should get a notice of who bailed them out. |

5. Put a limit to the total amount of money stolen from banks.
