you don't
you take the fighters you have right now, and you make them good fighters
isn't that one of the main purposes when starting a clan, why do you think there is training

Realistically, getting skilled soldiers is incredibly difficult on ROBLOX and takes quite a bit of time. In our case, it has taken three years and we still are not happy with all of our soldiers.
So, in the end, it can be worth-while, but don't expect to get out of development for a while.
