Left Face- 90 Degrees to Left
Right Face- 90 degrees to Right
Center Face- Face Front where Instructor is
About Face- 180 degrees from where you’re facing.
Right Incline- 45 degrees to Right - MR
Left Incline- 45 degrees to Left -MR
Face DI- Face Drill Instructor-MR
If given multiple commands ex. Right, Left, About. You follow all commands given in the order they are given.
HR Respect
If a LR is found disrespecting a HR, There will be consequences.
Some consequences include:
1) Warning
2) Temporary Hold Back from Activity
3) What is deemed necessary by HR hosting.
4) Kick
5) Ban till end of training-You will be talked to by either Elian, Rabid, or Daunt.
If a HR has to use either consequence 4 or 5. They will get in contact with Elian, Rabid or Daunt and you will be having a talk with one.
Acceptable HR Behavior
If a LR is misbehaving you do not threaten that LR’s rank. Unless you contact Elian, Rabid or Daunt and they say you can. If you are caught threatening ranks, you will be demoted till further decision is decided.
Acceptable LR/MR Behavior
You are expected to behave for all HR’s. No name calling. If you have a problem with HR report to Elian, Rabid or Daunt. HR’s are there to help you. If you refuse it no one gets anywhere.
Event Behavior
At any event called for by shout, such as raid or event. You are expected to be respectful of everyone. Specific regulations will be handed out by HR in charge.
Banning/Kicking/Exploiting
HR’s are only allowed to Kick if the following:
1) The one being kicked is not in the group and is disturbing the group training.
2) The Trainee who is in the group has been punished correctly from above and has done all 3 rules before Kick.
HR’s are only allowed to Ban if the following:
1) The one being banned is not in the group and has repeatedly distributed the training after being kicked.
2) The trainee who is in the group has been punished from rules 1-4 and will be kicked till HR says “Training Dismissed”.
3) Exploiting is a banable offense, You will not be allowed back ever.
