Hello to whom this may concern,
I'm Chief of Police Chevyrocks from the Norfolk City Police Department here to explain the application process and answer some questions asked all the time. First of all, every Norfolk City Police Department high rank has gotten a PM before stating "when do applications open" or "how do I join?". Well, I'll answer some of your questions, and give you a link to our application.
It is very annoying getting many PMs every day asking "when do the applications open" because I don't have a specific date when they open. I don't plan on a specific date of them opening because life always has curve balls. I open applications when I feel like it's necessary and when it happens to work with my schedule.

You usually send them to me, Chief of Police Chevyrocks, but in the Norfolk shout it will specifically tell you who to send it to. Fill out all the questions as best as you can and make sure you are solid with your application! The first application I look at from you is the one I judge off of! I don't look at your application twice from two different PMs. Now this being said, you only get into the Norfolk City Police Department when applications are open!
If you pass your application, you are to buy the following:
Long Sleeve: http://www.roblox.com/NPD-LS-Cadet-Uniform-item?id=331707028
Short Sleeve: http://www.roblox.com/NPD-SL-Cadet-Uniform-item?id=331707052
Cadet Pants: http://www.roblox.com/NPD-Cadet-Pants-item?id=331706951
You aren't required to buy both, but it's based off of the season! Cadet LS are used in winter months usually, but they can work in summer months! You will be a little warm in the long sleeves during summer! Short sleeves work in the Spring, Summer, and Fall for the most part, but use at your own will. Cadet pants are standard for both shirts, so don't worry about pants! Each NCPD class is unique, so don't think you're alone for being different. Hats must be realistic when it comes to look. Think of what an officer would wear in real life. They would be either bald or have hair, clean shaven, and have shades on. They may wear hats like a Ranger Hat or something else based off of the location.
If you pass applications and cannot attend the mandatory session times posted, then contact a NCPD Captain+ usually to see if you can get a private session to get caught up. You have to do the sessions ALWAYS in chronological order. It would go 1, 2, 3, etc. It would NOT go 1, 3, 2, etc. You can get the private sessions to get caught up AND there are make-up session dates and times also posted. Try making these or be held back from graduating!
If you don't get accepted, then send another application IF time permits. What I mean by this is don't send your application again if the City of Norfolk shout says "NCPD Applications Closed". If you do send your applications late, it will be ignored. I usually leave the applications open for one hour. Please respect the decision if your application got declined, you could always try again! If you're a criminal or a problem causer in the City of Norfolk, then most likely your application will get denied. If you somehow make it into the Norfolk City Police Department and you're a criminal, most likely you'll get exiled within a few days because other officers and high ranks noted you are a criminal and shouldn't be in our department. I am not in the city 24/7, so I don't know always the every person's background history.
If your application gets put on hold, that usually means the class filled up to a goal met, not wanting to over fill the size. You'll get a PM stating that it's currently full and to hold on to your application. If your application is on hold, it does NOT mean you get auto-accepted or you passed. You can still fail the next application opening with the same "held" application. All the "hold your application" means is that the class is full, please send again next time.
Thank you for reading this long message from the high ranks of the Norfolk City Police Department.
I hope you have a wonderful day/night and thank you once again for reading this! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact me via ROBLOX PMs! No, I don't listen to many questions outside of ROBLOX PMs. I read all my PMs, so contact me there. If I forgot any information, I may revise this later on, and re-upload it!
Signed,
Chevyrocks
