Right away I want to help flights be stress free and more abundant, and that, I will have to do. As the Secretary of RDOA, its my job to get the ATC that RA needs in order to do flights, which will happen. Oxford flight have to be more safer, most of that job is RDOA's job on keeping the tarmac a safe place for planes to fly, but RDOA does't have tools, and its compatible with the RA team. If we all put the effort into this, Oxford's tarmacs and flights will become a fun safe journey. Another thing is that RA needs more Captains, part of this is because the flight instructors don't bother to do as many tryouts as they used to. If I get Vice President, it will be my duty to help tryouts become once again more active. In addition, I think with the chat of RDOA and the CEO of RA, it might be best if the flight instructors could be more strict in flight tryouts, because I see a lot of times horrible pilots get the spot, and the last thing we need is horrible pilots. Again, going back to the activity of the tryouts for RA jobs, I think it would be best if a least a trainer would host at least 1 tryout every week. Thank you for tuning into my plans for RA.
