"It takes time my friend" i workout (almost) year round and ive learned that now my diet is just awful lmao im slowly getting better but being a picky eater isnt a blessing by any means

I was eating mainly healthy stuff too I feel you OP This isn't 2007

I was eating mainly healthy stuff too" like i know WHAT to eat but i really like enjoying myself im just kinda skinnyfat at this point like i still got a bunch of fat i could lose probably like 8 pounds worth. when i got weighed at 142 pounds they said i could be 132 at the lightest so idk
