Roblox Wont Load

Me and my friend have been playing together on roblox for about a year now but a week ago he couldn't join a map it would come up with the roblox loading screen but it would never load if anyone know how to fix this please reply

Have you tried uninstalling ROBLOX and re-installing? http://www.roblox.com/download
