Oregon police arrested a suspected serial killer from the 1980's. They've been able to connect him to four victims so far, but seeing how he was active since the 1980's, and was only recently caught, there has to be more. Serial killers like him don't stop until they die or are arrested. Even if they're old and disabled, they still at least try.
Detectives suspect there are more than 4, I'd say 20 at the least.

As morbid as it sounds, this kinda excites me a bit. There haven't been any prolific serial killers since the '90s (excluding Gary Ridgway, but he was arrested in the early 2000's). This guy is only being convicted of four at the moment, but there's certainly more than just that.

Doubtful. He's been inactive since the early 1970's. He's likely dead by now, or disabled to the point where he can't even TRY to kill anyone else. There's really no likelihood of them catching him by this point.

Again, Osama got caught, and he wasn't toying with the law enforcement like Zodiac was. Zodiac was waving his identity in everyone's faces, but no one was smart enough to crack his code. Definitely one of the smartest serial killers, up there with Bundy.
Yeah, Bundy got caught, but he escaped. Twice.
