Had to censor some stuff to post this. Auto moderation is crazy.
1. You must pay r0bux (possibly t1ckets / t1x so Non Bu1lders Cl ub users are not left out) per comment (Roblox can decide the amount) to comment on games.
2. If a user posts a l1nk to a ph1shing s1te they are p0ison b@nned.
3. A comment bl@cklist makes any comment that is on the list (mods manually add any comment they find to be sp@m to the bl@cklist) be instantly c0ntent d3leted, and possibly instantly b@nning the user who posted it (if there is a l1nk to a ph1shing s1te read idea two to see what will happen)
4. Misleading @dvertisements (cl1ck to get r0bux, t1ckets / t1x, and / or Bu1lders Cl ub @ds, b3t you can't cl1ck this *insert random number here* times, @ds that have nothing to do with the game or group, or anything to try to TRICK the user into cl1cking it) are removed and anyone who tries to make them get a w@rning, after that one day b@n, after that three day b@n, after that 14 day b@n, after that t3rmination (if another user with the same I P or claiming to be the user who got t3rminated is caught doing it they get p0ison b@nned).
5. You must post a comment in order to like or dislike a game (This is to stop b0ts).
6. If you bl0ck a user they can not like / dislike, comment on, or play your game (does not erase comments or likes / dislikes they already made).
7. Put a disclaimer above the comments section saying that all comments saying how to get fr33 r0bux, t1ckets / t1x, and / or fr33 Bu1lders Cl ub are fake.
8. Groups that advertise fr33 r0bux, t1ckets / t1x, and / or Bu1lders Cl ub are c0ntent d3leted. and their ORIGINAL OWNERS (whoever created the group) along with whoever owns it at the time it is c0ntent d3leted are b@nned for 14 days. If they do it again they are t3rminated. If they do it on another @ccount they are p0ison b@nned.
9. @ds that are approved by Roblox m0deration can be activated or deactivated at will. There will be a special page for this. The page will look similar to the develop page. deactivating an @dvertisement costs nothing but reactivating costs the half the amount as making a new advertisement (@dvertisements deactivate automatically after one month) @ds that have not yet been reviewed say "r3view p3nding" next to them.
10. If an @d is exactly the same (in other words c0pied) as another @d that is activated the user who made the first version of the ad is messaged and asked if he / she wanted their @d to be c0pied by *insert name here* If the user says "yes" (after an "are you sure?" pop-up) nothing happens and the message auto deletes itself. (it auto says "yes" if an amount of time that can be determined by the admins passes) If the user says "no" the @d that copied the original @d is c0ntent d3leted and the user who c0pied it gets a w@rning, then a one day b@n, etc. etc. (I may have spelled it wrong) This means that users have to be creative in creating @ds and not copy.
11. The same as idea 10, but this applies to items in the catalog.

plus for number 8, what if the original owner never intended for the group to advertise membership / currency? |

2. I mean groups which say you get free robux, tickets, or bc for joining in the ads AND in the description or name of the group. |
