The Team Members Of Each Team Is To Grab The Uniforms From That Specific Team And Put It On. If You Were To Have A Custom Uniform That Is Identical To The Default Uniform, That Is Valid As Well. Any Other Form of Uniform Is Disallowed

#2. PENALTIES:
~Penalties Are Meant To Be Accepted/Declined By the Team Who Was NOT Penalized, and Can NOT Be Considered a Dead Play Unless Specified In the Rules OR Until the Play Is Over
~Multiple Penalties (Both Teams) That Equal In Flag Number on Both Sides Can Be Considered a Cancel Out
False Start: +5 If on Defense, -5 If on Offense
Offsides: +5 If on Defense, -5 If on Offense
Diving Behind L.O.S: +5 If on Defense, -5 If on Offense
Lagging: +5 If on Defensive Players / Redo and -5 if on Offense and a warning.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct: +10 If on Defense, -10 if on Offense.

#3. TEAM REGULATIONS:
RESCHEDULING GAMES:
All Reschedules ABSOLUTELY MUST Go Through The Commissioner; Illegal Reschedules Will Be Voided.
Rescheduling between 2 head coaches is legal, as long as both HC's agree. You still MUST consult the Commissioner/Co Commissioner is these situations.
MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ON A TEAM:
~The Minimum Amount Of Players On A Team Is 5. The Maximum Amount Of Players On A Team Is 15. There can't be over 4 coaches on a team.
{FAILURE TO COMPLY WOULD RESULT IN APPROPRIATE CONSEQUENCES, HAVING SOME OF YOUR TEAM COACHES MOVED AROUND IN RANKS (RECRUITING IS COACHES' PROBLEM, WILL NOT ILLEGALLY MOVE PLAYERS ONTO A TEAM)}

DEMANDING RELEASE:

The following methods of leaving a team will not be allowed and will result in a suspension whose length will be determined by the Commissioner:
Method One: Fake Retiring: If a player leaves a team by the act of "retiring" as a way of release and goes to a different team; they will be suspended for one league season.
Method Two: Resigning: If a player resigns from the league altogether, the player will not be able to rejoin a team for a minimum of one league season.

`Release Cards No Longer Exist in NFL. The Only Way To Be Released Is For a Coach to Formally Release You on The Group Wall.
`You May Leave Your Team During Offseason, No Exceptions.

Any More Warnings; 4 Game Suspension.

REPEATED OFFENSE: {FLAGGED/PENALIZED, & PLAYERS (OF THAT TEAM) ARE PUT AT THE SIDELINE BENCH TO KEEP BAY}

PLAYER SIGNING:
~Team Owners (Head Coaches) Of A Team Must Tell The Commissioner That Hershel Is Signing So And So Person On The Wall With Saying Some Of The Following:
Example: “I, -COACHING POSITION- Of the -TEAMNAME-, Offer -PLAYERNAME- A Contract.”
*The Commissioners Will Then Check If That Person Is Within The League, Check If That Person Agreed To Be Signed, And Then Will Validate That The Person Is Eligible To Join That Team*
▬*Team Owners Are Now Responsible To Rank Their Players Once Signed; And To Accept Them into Their Team Group*

PLAYBOOK MANAGEMENT:
~Playbooks Are Allowed Within A Team, But If A Player Is Cut/Secretly Working For Another Team And Leaks Out The Playbook Information, They Are Suspended From The Team AND League Indefinitely For Treason Against The Teams' Coaches. Offer Proof (Screenshot/Video Would Be Most Recommended)

KICKOFF:
~The Kick Is To Be Made On Or Behind The 25 Yard Line, With The Kicker Standing On The 'X' Without Moving, Kicking The Ball. If Offside (Past the 25 Yard Line), Would Result In the Appropriate Consequences:
FIRST OFFENSE: {WARNING}
SECOND OFFENSE: {WARNING}
THIRD OFFENSE (Receiving Team): {BALL PLACED ON OWN 15 YARD LINE}
THIRD OFFENSE (Kicking Team): {BALL PLACED ON OWN 35 YARD LINE}
~Illegal Kicking (Kicking the Football out Of Bounds besides a Touch-back) will Result in the Opposing Team's March to Their Own 40 Yard Line. If The Ball goes To the Opponents' End zone without Touching the Floor, It Will Also Be Called Illegal
~Onside Kicks Are Allowed If They Pass The Opponents' 45 Yard Line.
*Any Other Onside Kick Attempt Would Be Called Invalid. ▬ There Is No Limit on Onside Kicks
~On A Kickoff Return, Only The Ball-carrier Can Call 'Touchback' AS LONG AS THAT PERSON STAYS IN THEIR OWN END-ZONE
*A Safety Can Occur If They Do Not Run Out Of Their End-zone/Call 'Touchback' OR 'TB' In Time And Get Tackled*

PUNTING:
~A Muffed Fair Catch Punt May Be Recovered By the Receiving Team and Advanced. It May Also Be Recovered By The Kicking Team, Though Not Advanced, And Remains As The Receiving Team's Ball.
*Punts Shall Stay In-Bounds during A Live Kick. ▬ If Kicked Out Of Bounds, the Ball Will Be On the 20 Yard Line of the Opposing Team*

FIELD GOAL KICKING:
*A Field Goal's Maximum Height Is The Length Of The Poles. Beyond That Height Is An Incomplete Field Goal. If The Opposing Team Catches The Missed Field Goal, The Play Is Still In Motion, And Then Considered A Punt. On An Extra Point, the Play Is Dead*

DEFENSE:
~A Dive Behind the Line Of Scrimmage Is Not Allowed (Diving Behind LOS = +5 to Offense)
(You May Dive If You Are NOT Behind the Line Of Scrimmage)
~There Are No Rules on Pass Interference, Face-mask Tackles, Or Clipping
~If You Jump Over the Line Of Scrimmage and Either Tackle The Ball-carrier, Go Off-sides, Or Shove An Opposing Player Without The Ball Being Snapped, You Will Get Called Encroaching. (+5 Yards to Offense)
~If You Have Dove on the Floor with the Ball but Nobody Has Tackled You Yet, the Play Is Still In Motion
*Consecutive Diving Are Disallowed On Offense AND Defense (With Ball), and Will Be Penalized Accordingly*

OFFENSE:
~There Is No Spiking The Football In Order To Stop The Clock. You Must Either Run Out Of Bounds or Throw an Incomplete Pass
~Lateral Passing Is Now Allowed.
*A Pass over the Line Of Scrimmage, Automatic Dead Play. However, If the Ball Is Backwards-Lateraled Behind the Line Of Scrimmage to a Player and Is Recovered, Play Is Still In Motion, Not Considered a Dead Play*
~If a Quarter-back is tackled Before They Can Get the Pass Off, That Is Considered a Sack. If The Tackle Animation Shows Your Feet Down, It Is A Sack. If The Tackle Is Broken/Feet Still Up, the Play Is Still in Motion and Not Considered A Sack
*A Quarter-back/Center Deliberately Placing The Football On The Ground, Counting As A Fumble, So That Their Teammates Can Grab It In An Attempt To Advance The Football. Counted As an Automatic Dead Play*
~Hurry Up Offense Is Valid As Long As The Quarter-back Calls 'No Huddle' And All Players Are On-sides (And Whistle Is Blown), Otherwise, It Could Result As False Start/Encroachment And Considered Invalid
~Silent Hikes Are Allowed.
~You May Now (QB) Sneak Without A Blitz/Rush
~A Low Pass Does Not Technically Mean An Incomplete Pass, As Long As It Doesn't Skid/Bounce On The Floor.
~Fake Plays Are Now Allowed! ~
~If You Have Dove on the Floor with the Ball but Nobody Has Tackled You Yet, the Play Is Still In Motion

#5. RESPECTING REFEREES:
ARGUING WITH A REFEREE ABOUT A CALL:
~A Referees' Calls Are Finalized By A Referee Intervention/Referee Review Re-Cap.
*It Would Be Wiser To Challenge a Referee's Call, Forcing Them to Review the Play to Determine Wither or Not Your Challenge Call Is Legitimate (If Challenge Ends In Failure, You Will Lose -1 Timeout)*(Max Two Challanges Per Half)
CLAIMING A REFEREE IS BIASED:
~Forward A Message To The Co-Commissioner/Commissioner With The Username Of The Referee And They Will Determine Whether Or Not Your Opinion Is Legitimate. Offer Proof (Screenshot/Video Would Be Most Recommended)
#6. BADMOUTHING PLAYERS
~Badmouthing other players has become a serious issue. Strict rules are now put in place. This includes "Roasting, Flaming, etc" This rule is subject to be altered at any and all times. This includes in game and on the group wall.
All violations going against the Executive Board+, penalties are DOUBLED.
FIRST OFFENSE: (-5 YARDS)
SECOND OFFENSE: (-10 YARDS)
THIRD OFFENSE (-15 YARDS) |
