Spam isn't good indeed, but turning off the comments to not hear the complaints is just running away from your problems. Comments are meant for players to put their thoughts about the game and if they're not good, then you got to appreciate their opinion and try to do something about it.
Spam could actually be fixed easily by just not letting people comment until their account exists for at least a month AND there has been activity on that account. Warnings about being banned for spam should also be more obvious. |
