1. i would force the workers to make admin-made events
2. i would bring back the old layout
3. i would add a button on games that only admins can click on to automatically delete misleading games
4. i would ban idiots in the community.
5. i would help the roblox team team up with developers to make better, classic roblox games.

I would also:
-make profiles more customizable and good-looking
-make the site layout look nice by customizing the old layout a bit after adding it back
-undo dumb subforum merges
-undo deletions of certain subforums

but in times like 2011, it was much more detailed, illustrated, and fun-looking, and people liked that. nowadays, it's too bland, too boring, and too bright. so people would like it. and plus, changing it up a bit to make it a bit unique could work.

1. Make devents better (make the dev add some kind of obstacle to the game to get the item, as devents are still needed to keep ROBLOX up)
2. Debate with the CEO to make a whole other department dedicated to viewing reports
3. Lower Dominus Empyreus' price (I mean, come on. It's just a white dominus..)
4. Add more Dutch-styled hats (As I am related to Netherlanders)
