i dont think so. you can go through the server list though at the bottom and sometimes find an empty or close to empty server.

There is no way to do that. But if you go to the last server on the server page, there is usually an empty server or a server with like 1 or 2 players in it.

It isn't currently working however because they don't have a stable host, but usually it works fine.
