Next week I'm starting a new semester. Pros No more AP Calculus- I'm getting a B- in that class and I hate it so much. Next week I won't be dealing with it. Art- I get to take Art I and I love art Web Design- I get to do something else that interests me Cons The people who will likely be in Art I with me- My school district requires that you have a fine arts credit to graduate, and the easy way out at my school is considered to be Art I. And at my school, those kinds of kids are incredibly annoying because they're incredibly lazy. I hate my AP Government teacher- I had him for a class last year. He never gave a straight answer to anything, so I never knew what he was trying to explain to us. Not to mention, I got in trouble in his class a couple of times for expressing my opinion on having to take two finals for no real reason. Respect the science!

@iam I'd personally see no PE as a pro, but I hated PE. I'm not athletic, I was self conscious about my body at the time (I was 14, so), and my PE teacher was a huge jerk. Respect the science!

I personally enjoyed PE because it was kinda feels a bit like a recess period. (Also, anytime spent away from the desks is great as I'm too tall to sit in them. . . ) Noot-Noot

@iam My PE class was more like boot camp, complete with the nasty drill sargeant that thinks you're a pansy. Respect the science!

@iam Run laps Do push ups Run laps Do sit ups Run laps Stretch Run laps Play some game in which everyone gets to see just how uncoordinated I am (such as how my body doesn't move the way I want it to move, causing me to jump right into the line of fire during dodgeball when I mean to jump away) Did I mention that we run laps? Respect the science!

"how uncoordinated I am" That's exactly how I feel when we play floor hockey. Noot-Noot

@iam Ironically, floor hockey was the only sport I was good at in that class. Respect the science!

I miss my gym class I had in 9th grade, I have some workout equipment I use every day at home now though.

I was great when it came to volleyball and Frisbee football. I honestly hate floor hockey because I hold the sticky lefty, and the puck always comes towards the right of me, making things somewhat uncomfortable. . . Noot-Noot

Pros: - Only one class on Monday and Friday - Monday class is at 2 so I can sleep in until 1:30. - None of my classes end past 3:20, so I can easily grab a late lunch/early dinner before the rush happens. Cons: - Two literature classes means I will be reading a loooot.

@EX Why I can't wait for college: classes that don't start until the afternoon. I'm already counting down the months until graduation. Respect the science!

I'm somewhat ambidextrous. I swing lefty in baseball, softball, and hockey; but write with my right hand. Noot-Noot

Another con of the next marking period is that we might have to go to a different school for a bit. . . Noot-Noot

Our school has a flat roof. As it rains, water accumulates at the top of the roof and can drip into the building. Apparently a beam in one of the stairwells needs to be replaced due to damage and some of the floor on the second floor is sinking. Worst case scenario, we'd have to be moved to the Jr. High School.
