Make ClipsDescendant work for rotated UI

ClipsDescendant works, except if it's rotated. Even if it's rotated by 1 degree, it doesn't alpha that element.

Roblox already said that they wouldn't make ClipDescendants compatible with rotated guis. They say 'roblox is a 3D engine, so we're not going to focus on updating 2D stuff'.
