In my opinion I don't see much new players coming. I think it's going to be mostly people that already played on another device just wanting to play on their console. But that's just me, I could be completely wrong.

Random thought but... even if ROBLOX doesn't incorporate a voice chat feature in the actual app for Xbox One... Party chats will still be doable right? So there will kinda still be a voice chatting option. :D

Yes, the party chat feature is part of Xbox's thing. I really wish they would add voice chat but I also understand why they don't.
