Roblox would be loosing a lot of profit if they allowed nbcs to have any robux.
You would make more tix to convert into robux by waiting 20 days then waiting 20 days for 5 robux.

Think about it from a business point of view... Yes it would help the community but its going to lower the amount of profit they gain...
We can think of it from a selfish point of view.. (sorry if I seem harsh.) I do think that everyone should have the ability to get robux (which we do its called trade currency) but Its not possible...
