never EVER just mope around and accept that you're going to stay the way you are
try as hard as you can to just get up and get a hold of yourself

there's a reason to your depression, you don't just get it out of the blue
as there is a reason to your car breaking down, you can't just add glitter to the car and expect it to work just like new, you have to fix the problem |
