no, but in real life your punishments grow as you do more crimes, if you go to prison for a year and then commit more crimes you obviously get more harsh punishments, thats how it is in roblox too

all complaints are reviewed by bbb before it goes on place
i've read a few complaints and several of them stated that they have a son whom account got deleted after buying something and got charged twice and roblox never delivered the stuff the people bought and the costumer service completely ignored this and replied with that they could not help and that the case was "solved"
it's seriously bad

i swear to god all 7 day bans weren't right
ALL 7 day bans were because of one thief mass reporting me (2 of them were false because i managed to appeal them)

the bbb people read the tos and if your reason of complaint was unfair looking at the tos, you get a refund etc but if you broke the tos and youre complaining about that nothing will obviously happen
if something like what you described really happened, the tos read that in the case of that happening no refunds will be given |

I back up appie on this issue, I got 3-dated for something not even in the ToS I'm 2 for 3 on appeals because Christ thought it "was in the ToS". Funny thing about it is, if I am banned for a good reason I don't appeal I believe mods can do their jobs, just not everyone is on the right page or fully understands the ToS. I have read over the ToS probably 3 times trying to figure out why I got a 3-day when I broke 0 rules in the ToS. |

saus is correct, however, I really don't think they should be able to go back and change determinations after tey've already been made and half of the sentence was being served without incident
appie was offline for four days of that ban, not on alts or anything and he just got term'd in the middle of it
that's not very fair |
