- Allow other group admins (that are given permission by group owner for each specific rank) to change rank (names/titles of ranks)
- Allow other group admins to update the wall description of the group
This is so it's easier to run groups that have an inactive group holder, but active group administrators to run the group.
If a group's rank(s) must be updated, allow it to the withdraw of any member of the group given this permission by Group Owner.

This is one of the greatest struggles in a group that allows an (inactive/not frequently used) account to be the 'Group Holder' of that certain organization/group.
Or, simply because the original Founder of the group has real life duties to attend. And in addition, the dispute gets even wider when the group is extremely populated with active members.
Scenario:
-A group seems to find a debatable, and substantial rank set. The administrators (HRs) of the group want to insert the new rank set, but the Owner/Holder/Founder of the group is either (1) Inactive (2) Busy in real life (3) An alternative account to hold the group for safety reasons. Because of this, the inserting of the new rank set may either be (1) Impossible (2) Timely impossible | This allows multiple struggles within the purpose and operational uses of the group.
Allow other ranks, with permission as a new admin role, to update group ranks / descriptions!
[NOTE | DISCLAIMER]: If you happen to grant yourself the thought that this can lead to mis-usage of the admin/role or can lead to some cases of abuse, this is not true because it will obviously be up to the Owner/Holder/Founder of the group, which rank(s) are allowed the permission. Thus, only trusted ranks affiliated with the group or trusted people in a certain rank will be allowed the command.

but seriously this needs to be implemented. this is such a great idea and for groups like nusa where the group owner is extremely inactive this culd be extremely beneficial. |
