The board consists of 5 people: 1. Executive Developer - Davidii 2. Admin 1 3. Admin 2 4. Admin 3 4. Elected Offical 1 5. Elected official 2 6. Eleceted Official 3 To add a controversial modification to the game, the following actions must be completed. Bear in mind, however, that these procedures do not apply to drastic and obvious game imbalances. If any immediate action is required due to these issues, then the admins/developer will fix the issue immediately, and without consultation of the board as a whole. 1. 1 group member (group member A) calls attention to a need for a general game element modification (i.e. a character nerf). Group member A must: a. Gain support from 2 other members of the group. b. Gain support from Davidii on the basis that the game element is possible and reasonable from a developmental standpoint. 2. If these requirements are met, then the game element in question is discussed at the next scheduled balancing board meeting (which will ideally take place every week) Members not attending the meeting receive a pm with a summary of the discussion and respond with their thoughts. During this event, up to 2 potential solutions to the issue can be addressed by the board. 3. During the next board meeting, the balancing board holds a formal vote on the game element. Members may select between 3 options: solution 1, solution 2, and no action. If a voting option receives at least 5 of the 7 members' votes, then the modification is passed. If the 5 out of 7 threshold is not achieved, then the option with the lowest number of votes is cast out and a revote is taken. From there, the option which receives the majority of the votes in the second casting is approved. In order to prevent excessive attachment to a certain character/game element issue, the board is required to take a 1 week break between discussing an issue multiple times. The elected officials are chosen by the 3 high-ranking mods and creator, and are replaced every month. However, a person can be an elected official can only serve 1 term in a row, but are not limited from serving multiple terms, provided that the delay is in place between their appointments.
