CP Chat. CP stands for "Certain Person." When you are in-game, there will be a little bubble thing like the bubble for people who are on SuperSafe Chat who use it to talk. Well, with CP Chat, there will be another one of them, but it will be green. You put what you want to say in the Chat Box, and then click on that green bubble. Then a list of the people playing on the game will show up. Then you click on the person or people who want to chat to and then say what you want to say. Also, if you want to talk to EVERYONE, then click "ALL" if you want all the people to hear what you are saying. I just think that when you want to chat to a certain person, everyone else hears it! And, it's kind of private when you chat about something like a group or a meeting or something specail or important like that.
