Do you really think that Roblox would foolish enough to remove 1.0s? They would lose half of their playerbase. It's most likely going to be something you can toggle on/off. Kind of like with the new character models in World of Warcraft. Also, ROBLOX released a new package a day ago, if they were planning to remove everything why would they bother to make new packages? My post summed up: ROBLOX isn't removing 1.0s so calm the heck down.

All packages except 1.0,2.0, and 3.0 will be ported to the new 4.0, and it was stated that it wouldnt be an immediate swap but it would happen overtime as the new ages come people will slowly change into 4.0 My Siggy Can Jiggy ヽ༼╭ರل͜ຈ༽ﾉ

@SirDapper I think it would be a terrible idea to remove packages that are pretty expensive but well, I don't wear them anyway so I couldn't care less.

They're removing 1.0, hint that they're going to have some developers have their games changed to the new characters before they change them for everything. Basically, I guess will be loosing all our items.

It wouldn't make them lose half of their player base. The only thing that would happen would be that half of their player base would complain. A l o t. Given this update it may attract more older online gamers. To me people think ROBLOX is too lego-styled. I can see why they want this transition.

@scripter Well, of course you would want people to change their game so 4.0s will fit. Doesn't mean they are removing them.
