how do I get rid of spooky ads on YouTube?

I was on youtube and suddenly a spooky ad for a scary movie came on I quickly turned off my iPad because I was afraid to look at the spooky image I cannot open up browser until it's gone one issue though!! for some reason it saves what page I'm on even if I turn off my iPad!! wat do?

Here at apple, we have improved the regular iPad by making it bigger. and we charge you 100 dollars for a metallic pencil that you should have got when you bought our 500 dollar product, but who cares, we are all about money..I mean customer satisfaction. We don't care that we put a charger on the 100 metallic toothpick, and we also did totally mean to put the pencil at the bottom. iPad air 2™ We will come out with a completely new version, that you say you won't buy.
