Anyone play/are good at "Twenty-One" / "Blackjack" ?

Hi, So right now I am making this casino card game... And I was just wondering, is it okay to "shuffle" the cards before each new round? Or should I shuffle them after a few rounds, or until the cards run out? (I have a decent shuffle system working :P ) Thanks for reading :)

Who says Twenty-One? And I don't think there are any strict rules about shuffling habits. I would shuffle after each hand.

Shuffling every round makes things more "random" (cards can be reused) and I'm pretty sure it's shuffled after every round in real life.
