How to get the free xbox one packages? Bug?

I got on my xbox one, and to the app store. From there I searched rob lox and pressed search online. So i was online in rob lox, I logged in and went to the xbox-one only packages, but It wouldn't let me buy them. Does anyone know how to fix this?
