Look at computer parts on the internet and find the cheapest you could make a computer for. You must name the Motherboard,processor,power supply,memory,harddrive,diskdrive,etc. and the prices of each. Rules : It cannot be a laptop. It cannot be a refurbished computer of any kind. It can't be one you buy already built , it has to be parts that are for building one yourself. The total price has to include WITH the operating system!
