Group Perms wont Work

My friend and I own a group, and he gave me all the permissions, and I can go the Group Admin page, but I cant do anything on the page. I cant change perms, publish group servers, or change the description. Help, and quickly!

Maybe he didn't give you the permissions, or its just your computer or laptop being dodgy.

Not just Role Set, Group desc, and other thing can only be edited by the owner.
