Hosting exams:
The host must hold 4 different parts. Also, anyone who holds a LT rank is automatically allowed to participate in the exams, regardless of level.
1. Kendo test (Sword only spars)
2. Regular spars.
3. Speed test.
4. Grammar test.
*Strength is not supposed to be what decides the new high rank!*

Picking ranks:
You may not choose a person to become a LT or High Rank if they are not eligible. To be eligible, they must meet these qualifications.
1. Respectful.
2. Grammar is decent.
