1. B. The group guidelines are there for a reason, to be followed. They are there as a guideline to show new Trainers how Training should be done, and how to be a successful trainer. If you didn't have a good understanding of common sense you wouldn't make it to this Exam, or be an Officer. You should follow the group guidelines but also Use common sense for things that may not be in the guidelines, then ask for an update on new guidelines including the information that may not be inside. In a nutshell, Common sense, should be KNOWING the Guidelines.

1. The best time to shout a Rally/Meeting is After a group Training session. This is because we have a large number of Troops that are already Online at a TTM Base, so we can transfer them straight over to a Rally or Meeting base.

1. Absolutely Not! If TTM is currently Defending a group Fort against Raiders we need all the support we can get! Training should be hosted after a defence if anything, if it is hosted during we may lose half of our member count as some will also be at training. If TTM Is needed in a Defence, Training should be cut short to aid with the defence then Continued at the Defence, and then promoted after TTM's win depending on the performance of each member.

1. Trainings are events hosted by the HighRanks of TTM, [OFF1+] To improve/assess a users Skill with combat and a users personality as well as their Respect and Honour they have to the group and other members such as TeamWork and Leadership skills.
2. You can find out a Training is occurring if it is posted on the group shout, the group wall, there are members at the groups training base, or you may be Messaged by a Member Reminding you of the Training.
2.) Who are able to host trainings?

1. Sportsmanship. Compliment the other team for having a Fair and Fun Raid-able Fort, Say they put up a good fight, Perhaps remember the Fort name for the Future Raid Ideas. Then Promote Soldiers that showed Skill and Marines that put up a good fight and displayed the same curticy to the other Team.
3.) If you have a complaint, what would you do?

1. If I had a Complaint I would report it to a Commander to get it resolved. However If I was given a complaint by a Member of TTM I would try my best to fix it to the best of my power and point of view, if not then Report it to a Commander in a Message or In-game.
4.) Do you have to wear your uniform out of your time of duty, but still at a group place? Why?

1. Yes you have to wear your uniform at a group place but not on duty.
2. This is because as an Officer, you are a role model to the group and at group places You should be in the groups uniform, as it shows other members that you are part of TTM. Also if something does occur at the place, you will be ready.

2. You do this because Enlists are new to the group so you must be more patient and lenient with them as you want them to enjoy the group and want to advance in the group more. Marines you must be more striker with, as they are Role-Models for the Soldiers, They should know the rules and requirements by now much more than an Enlist.

1. I was a General in the Assault Forces of ROBLOX, Where I hosted many Trainings for the group and recruited some of its members. I left AFR Due to a new leader that changed how it was run completely, this resulted in the groups destruction.
2.) In your own words, how would you describe your attitude as a Trainer.

1. The Higher The Rank, The Shorter My Fuse. I expect respect from all members in TTM, And I have Respect for all Users of TTM. I am a very good Sword Fighter and I plan to become a Very good Trainer. I think users at training should always be doing something and never be standing around, I can assure that my trainings will be both fun and educational. But my Rules and Punishments will also be agreeable. Bottom Lines, If your a Good Soldier, I am a Great Teacher.
