-[Section 1: Our Duties]- We the Department of Transportation shall uphold the uttermost integrity in the cities. We shall not commit crime on/off the team, or cause problems in the cities/other related servers. We will accept a punishment that comes our way for a justified reason, and we will tow/plow the citizens, so the citizens ride will be easier.

-[Section 2: Rank Information]-
- Trainee: Rank you get when you join the group.
- Alaska Plowing Service: After one training you get promoted to this rank. You will plow the cities with snow.
- Alaska Towing Service: Now after passing two tryouts, you are ready to tow cars for the cities. You will keep roadway clear so other cars can pass.
- Board of Directors: Representatives from other departments, will receive this rank.
- Instructor: Has the responsibility of training people, and hosting tryouts weekly. Most make sure they have the uttermost activity.
- Supervisor: Has the responsibility to promote their instructor's promotion lists. Supervisors will receive one, (1), instructor.
- Head Supervisor: Has the responsibility of watching over Supervisors. Has the power to host activity checks, and demote anyone who does not private message them in a certain amount of time.
- Head of Complaints: Deals with complaints. Any complaints about Supervisors, must be shared with the Head Supervisor.
- Deputy Director: The 2ic, (And 3ic if the Director wants two, (2), Deputy Directors.) The Deputy Director shall watch over the suspensions in the Department and have the power to veto any suspension.
- Director: Runs the department, and as all the power he wants. He may make new rules or guidelines, but while on the team all rules still do apply.
- Governors: People who are Lieutenant Governor & Governor, of the state.
- Department Founder: Owner of the group.

-[Section 3: How to get promoted to a certain rank.]-
- To get promoted to Alaska Plowing Service - Rockport Towing Service you must pass a tryout.
- To get Board of Directors, you must be a representative from a different department.
- For instructor, (elections may NOT be held for instructor,) must be handpicked/interviewed by Supervisors.
- To get supervisor, the Head Supervisor, or Director must handpick/run an election for the posistion.
- For Head Supervisor - Deputy Director, the Director must handpick/run elections.
- For Director, the Governor must handpick/run elections for.

-[Section 4: Guidelines to the plow.]
- You MUST follow the speed limit at all times on the team.
- At night you MUST turn on your headlights.
- Your plow may only face down, when you are actually plowing. If you're not plowing it must face up center.
- Your plow must face down right, when plowing to make it seem like the snow is moving off to the side of the road.
- If it is a two lane highway, (meaning two lanes going each direction.) and you are in the left lane your plow must face down left.
- A supervisor+, or the Alaska State Troopers may pull you over.
- You MUST follow the speed limit while on the team.
- You must follow all driving laws, (i.e. you must make a complete stop at a stop sign.)
- If you ever need help call for the Alaska State Troopers.
- You may NOT abuse radio on the team.

-[Section 5: Guidelines how to tow]-
- All cars that have a bumper (i.e Marked police cars, must be towed from the back.)
Any other car may be towed from either.
- If your tow is taking up more then 65% of the road, you must call the Alaska State Troopers to set up a roadblock.
- You must turn on your lights when towing a car, (the two lights at the top,) to alert traffic.
- You are not above the law/emergency personal, so even when you're called to tow you MUST follow the speed limits.
- A supervisor+, or the Alaska State Troopers may pull you over.
- You MUST follow the speed limit while on the team.
- You must follow all driving laws, (i.e. you must make a complete stop at a stop sign.)
- If you ever need help call for the Alaska State Troopers.
- You may NOT abuse radio on the team.
- You may not tow cars that are legally parked.

-[Section 6: City Guidelines]-
- You must wear uniform at all times. (Body colors are okay too.)
- You must listen to the direction of Supervisor+ whilst in the city.
- You must follow all driving laws, (i.e. you must make a complete stop at a stop sign.)
- You may not tow cars, that are legally parked.
- In the event you get stuck somewhere, somehow, call for the Alaska State Troopers. Abuse of this can and will lead to a suspension.

-[Section 7: Trello rules]-
- Trello rules are as follows:
Supervisors: May issue a suspension, archive their cards, and add inactivity notices. They may also do anything in their certain job. (i.e. Head of Admin Abuse can add cards to the admin abuse section.
Head Supervisor & Head of Complaints: May archive Supervisors cards, and add inactivity notices. The Head Supervisor, may strike/remove Supervisors that do not have a trello. In this event they are given 48 hours to get a trello. They may also do anything deemed on trello they may do.
Deputy Director(s): May archive any cards they deem unworthy. May add inactivity, suspend anyone below them, and do anything deemed on trello they may do.
Director: Is the only rank that may delete cards, if any other rank deletes a card you may strike them. May do anything on trello.
