The following Rules and Regulations are implemented for employee conduct. If someone does not meet the regulated standards they can be subjected to disciplinary action. 1]\ Merit Apparel operatives are required to present themselves as mature, and professional employee's. This includes appropriate grammar, and professional clothing. 2] Merit Apparel employee's are to be respectful and helpful when dealing with customers, regardless of the customers conduct; name, grammar, or other characteristics. 3] When on shift, you are required to be in designated uniforms. Those whom do not have assigned uniforms are to wear clothing that is professional and/or relevant to their position. 4] Profanity among the working environment is prohibited as it is not appropriate, nor is it professional. 5] Operatives out of Merit Apparel are to remain calm in the event a troll, or someone whom comes in to disrupt the peaceful environment. Over all when working as a Merit Apparel operative, you are regulated and expected to remain professional and mature at all times, whether its through grammar and the way you speak or the way you present yourself. When you are an employee of Merit Apparel not only do you represent yourself, but the brand as well. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ARTICLE 3] High Rank Rules and Regulations. High ranks are not only representatives for the company, but role models for lower ranking personnel. With that, corporate executives should be able to look at high rank and see that they are obtaining their designated role, and misconduct should be minimal with high ranks. 1] Remain professional at all times. 2] Required to use decent grammar. 3] Required to act mature while on the clock or in uniform. 4] Admin commands are to be used at bare minimum to do your obligated role. 5] Treat everyone with respect and treat them fairly. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ARTICLE 4] Security Handbook. This handbook is to be read by all Merit Apparel Security personnel, as it contains vital information that has to be obeyed and followed. If you have any other questions or inquires contact the current Chief Security Officer. SECTION 1: The job. Merit Apparel Security Members are recognized employees of the corporation who are tasked with protecting the customers inside our establishments, and also enforcing order. They have the right to restrain where necessary and also remove people from the premises who are causing public disorder. However, abuse of the security powers is not tolerated and an investigation will be inquired into those are claimed to have abused. In specific situations, security may be tasked with guarding meetings conducted by the management team. Security must provide explicitly stated warnings. The subject the officer is speaking with, must be able to see the warnings. When the subject reaches three warning, they may be tased [If the area is crowded, the officer may escort the individual off Merit Apparel property after exceeding three warnings and deemed necessary. SECTION 2: Becoming Security. As security is a difficult job, free entry is not allowed. In order to join you need to apply. You will be asked a series of questions regarding the role of security and your experience to determine whether you are fit for the job. After the application you will be contacted sometime later regarding whether you have passed. It is now that a training time will be scheduled to ensure you are able to fulfill the role of security correctly. As this is the final phase, completing it will result in becoming an official and recognized member of security. Fake security, or those impersonating a member of the force may be reported and if found guilty, banned from the server. SECTION 3: The powers of security. As their name suggests, Security have the right to enforce order in any section of the establishment. However, with this task comes a certain responsibility and if caught abusing this, the accused member of security may be suspended or exiled. Here is a list of what security are allowed and not allowed to do: CAN: - May restrain constant offenders first with a tazer, and second with respawning. - Access permitted parts of the establishment in order to maximize influence. - Report offenders to a member of the management team. - in force order and ensure the protection of customers and staff; this is imperative. - Warn first time offenders in a verbal manner (may not be abusive however.) - Watch over the establishment, watch certain people [Upon reasonable cause] - Tase constant offenders after 3-4 warnings. CAN NOT: - Repeatedly abuse the offender through spamming the tasers (Or ant tool given). Constant offenders should be reported to the Chief Security Officer for punishment. - Verbally abuse customers in any way or form; this includes racial abuse. - Favor a certain customer because he is a family member or friend. This is considered favoritism and the punishment is severe. - Be inactive and not visit the store on a weekly or daily basis. - Disrespect the decisions of higher ranking members or those apart of the Management Team. - Be unprofessional or immature at any time. - Disrespect anyone, everyone shall be respected. - This guide will continue to be updated, thank you for reading. In the event that these designated rights are obstructed, Merit Apparel may then permanently remove you from their properties. Term: Merit Apparel obtains the right to deny your right: Freedom of Speech. Condition: Everyone has the right of Freedom of Speech, with that you are also able to say what you want in the store, BUT you can be subjected to penalties due to you saying inappropriate things. Altercations between customers, disrespect, and derogatory statements are prohibited in the store. As we do not encourage them, we ask for them to not be implemented on our properties. 4. Term: Merit Apparel obtains the right to deny service. Condition: When you disrupt the environment at our store(s) you will have your presence terminated if needed. Therefore terms of service will be subjected to termination. Meaning, you will not be helped with purchases, and left to help yourself. This will be deemed necessary if the store environment is disrupted by your presence in a negative manner. This may include: Hostility, Derogatory Comments, hate-speech, bullying, and other prohibited actions. 5. Term: Merit Apparel obtains the right to detain someone whom is present on merit apparel properties. Condition: When you are at Merit Apparel, you may be detained for causing unnecessary disturbance out our store(s). While being detained you may happen to be questioned on events that may include things you might be involved in. This can be implemented when a security operative deems in imperative to remove you from the environment. Remember that you have right to Remain silent, Right to deny questioning, and your Miranda Rights. With that, you can be immediately removed and presence denied for not speaking with a security operative. In the event you feel uncomfortable speaking with that operative leave the location, and message the Chief Security Officer. 6. Term: Merit Apparel obtains the right to blacklist your presence from Merit Apparel Properties. Condition: When you are creating a disturbance, within Merit Apparel location(s).
