Exactly, but that my point I was attempting to present. C&G are not like me, you or other people. We don't care about a bunch of 12 year old kids flaming. However some clan leaders do, therefore refuse to get involved within wars.
Thats why, personally within my own opinion, why the clan world isn't the same.

I agree with you on that, too. However unfortunately for us, whom are somewhat intelligent to notice this, are incapable of changing anything unless we get support.
So with that, I hope you do get somewhere with that & good luck with it.

Hopefully more clan leaders recognize this.
Anyways, the problem itself is that people are more worried about reputation, than leading their clan. Leaders are too afraid to lose a war because they might lose members.
Don't promote people because they're good fighters. Promote them because they want to be at all of the events and enjoy playing the game. Doing this is the only way to repair your clan. |
