@sky holy cow, that's the fastest I've seen for school Internet. my schools internet just crawls about <10mbps no matter what time of day.

It's nice, we got the same download speed at home, although our upload speed is only 30 Mbps.

It's possible, businesses can go over 1000 Mbps, or 1 Gbps. People can too, but it's expensive. Of course, not available in all areas, but it's not just Google anymore.

nobody really cares if you bring a laptop or not to my school school provided computers are (excluding classes like engineering and photojournalism and all those computers) really poo tons of chromebooks, and if not, then fat, black bricks that run super slow

@techie really limited would rather them have a hard drive and a better operating system i don't like theirs i get it's a chromebook, so of course everything is ran off google, like google drive and such, but it still bothers me a lot.
