The only OT "incident" that is the closest to actually being called an incident, is the OTermination day. Everything else is irrelevant. |

A lot of it is stupid, but some can count as incidents.
Girl leaking IP- pretty big deal. It's an incident

I don't mind it existing. I would just prefer if it was left in the hands of people who actually knew what they were doing, not this "everyone contributes" stuff. That never benefits anything and leads to unnecessary additions to it. |
