You could have it so they can click the tv, and "watch" the TV, but not changing pictures on the screen.

Yeah... I meant for a stadium like a jumbotron. I was just wondering if it is possible. I'd pay for anyone that can get one done for me, but I didn't think it was possible.

Yes, but a literal camera of some sort just broadcasting a clear picture onto a big screen for a stadium.
