Hello N-USA, more importantly LVCC, I am here to propose an idea that could add some game-play to LV, as the title states I would like it if a cartel member be implemented at the backs of each one of the HQs(such as SF HQ or CIA HQ, DoD HQ etc...) that you can purchase the vehicle that belongs to that official division, of course it would be illegal to be caught with it, and I also propose that you be able to get arrested for Grand Theft Auto for purchasing one of the cars, the cars should be worth around 1k - 5k depending on HQ and cartel member, I think this would be a nice implementation to the game, as instead of going and stealing a police vehicle in front of them and having a chance at getting caught, you could go to one of the cartel members, buy lets say an SF Humvee, then able to use it, and the cars I propose if this were to be implemented would be deleted on death or arrest, just like weapons, I hope you consider adding this feature in LV, I myself think it would add to genuine game player and make LV a much more fun place.

Ill tell you just like I told them as well, if you aren't on the police team, and you are using a police vehicle, you are going to be arrested for GTA, and who cares if it would be commonly used..? Its their money, they can do as they please, but they need to remember it is still illegal, and lets also remember it would cost without an app, the exact same amount the sedan costs via the app or higher...
Depending on HQ and cartel member.

If it doesn't work then, they can always remove it as well, but I think that if they added the feature then more players would play as well, indicating more money to "help" out with the updating, and development of the game.
