andromeda Galaxy
whirlpool Galaxy
pinwheel Galaxy
all 3 of those galaxies look very similar to the Milky Way, the Galaxy we live in, and there are so many different galaxies out there, the universe is still expanding, a new star was formed right this second, it never stops, the possibilities of us being alone is very very low |

It doesn't disprove intergalactic space travel, if they do exist, which, in my personal thought I do not believe so, that doesn't mean they have to had made contact to us by now, they probably don't have that sort of technology, we don't either.
